In all the excitement of getting started it’s easy to overlook critical details like choosing which business entity is best for you and your specific business. That’s where I come in, and more specifically — this course.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked with both individuals and businesses in the area of tax and accounting. Unlike most licensed CPA’s, I did not gain my practical experience with a large accounting firm, but rather chose to work with a smaller one. In doing so, I was exposed to an array of tax situations and was able to address those situations in a very personal way. I have worked with businesses from entrepreneurial start-ups to fully established companies at all levels of growth.

Prior to my entry into the accounting profession, I worked in the film industry in Los Angeles while pursuing a career in music. I am passionate about the arts and continues to pursue my study of jazz piano. As time allows, I dabble in her life-long love of composition.

I feel very grateful to have been able to create an accounting firm that allows me to continue to be creative all the while offering a much-needed service to business owners.
